SEASONAL GOURMET - YUM!
Seasonal eating is a delightful way to enjoy the best of the flavours and nutrients available from our food. The classes run four times per year, at each of the seasonal change points, around the Spring and Autumn equinox and the Summer and Winter solstice.

WORKSHOP INCLUDES: Two facilitators, small group of 15 people, comprehensive workshop notes with recipes, delicious three-course gourmet lunch.

16 years clinical experience.

Steven Peterson: Diplomas of: Remedial Massage, Teaching, Health Science, Community Service, Early Childhood, and Auslan sign-language.
