MOXIBUSTION SEMINAR:

Saturday 29th March 2008.
 
MOXIBUSTION is the name given to the therapeutic burning of the herb Artemesia Vulgaris, commonly known in English as Mugwort. It is a Traditional Chinese Medical technique, developed in ancient China and used in modern practice, to treat a variety of problems.

Moxibustion:

There are many different techniques used in the application of moxibustion and each technique has a specific role to play in the overall treatment of a person’s condition.


WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

Two facilitators, small group, comprehensive workshop notes,
delicious vegetarian lunch and morning and afternoon tea.

  • Learn both theory and practice of this valuable clinical technique.


  • Develop appropriate Diagnostic and Treatment skills.


  • Learn to use the correct Tools, Techniques and Treatment Protocols.


  • Improve success-rate in healing stubborn musculo-skeletal problems.


  • Learn about Seasonal preventative health practices.
